Will covid-19 affect my order?

 

The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping can take more time than usual. 

Are Our Products Environment Friendly?

Yes. In being positive and striving to be better in every way, we only partner with other companies that share our same values. Our products use environmentally friendly inks, that are Oeko-Tex, GOTS certified, & CPSIA compliant. In addition, we reduce waste by minimizing inventory. All items are produced in small batches or made to order by our hard working team to bring our positive products to you as quickly as we can. How do you plan to reduce the use of packaging? Do you plan to use recyclable plastics?

  • we've eliminated the second layer of plastic packaging for all single-item shipments in all locations

  • we're testing the best paper tape to switch over from acrylic tape;

  • to eliminate the need for plastic caps in poster packaging, we’ve switched from cardboard tubes to triangular boxes

  • adding recycling instructions to the poly mailer bags we're currently using

  • looking for ways to replace plastic packaging.

How do I return an order?

Contact us via email with your order number included and provide a reason for returning your item(s) for a potential refund or exchange. If approved for a refund or an exchange, an address label will be emailed to you. Pack your items and securely attach the address label. Then you can ship your return using the carrier of your choice. Please note you will need to pay the shipping costs for whatever carrier you choose. Can I cancel an order?

We know that you want to receive your order as quickly as possible, so as soon as your order is placed our warehouse team are on hand to pick and pack the products you have carefully chosen. We are therefore unable to cancel or amend orders once production has begun. However, you can contact us with your order number and we'll do our best to help if your order has not yet been sent to production. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

What size should I order?

It is very difficult to recommend which size to purchase as each person has their own preferences for how an item should fit and feel. You can find size guides on the products you are interested in.

 

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been sent to production. For your security, similar to our cancellation policy, we are only able to change the delivery address on orders before they have been sent to production.
