Our Easy Returns Policy

You being satisfied is important to us. We gladly accept returns & exchanges. This excludes items purchased on sale.

You must first contact us via email with your order number and reason for return or exchange, within 7 days of delivery, and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. 

Any items sent to us without our approval first will not be accepted and will be donated charitably. 

 

Our Easy Refund Policy​

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 
Conditions of Return/Exchange:

We can only exchange for the same product (can be a different size or color, or something of equal or lesser value), and are subject to our stock availability.​

*original shipping costs will not be refunded

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items:

Custom or personalized orders

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Items on sale (including items purchased with a coupon code)

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our Cancellation Policy

We know that you want to receive your order as quickly as possible, so as soon as your order is placed our warehouse team are on hand to pick and pack the products you have carefully chosen. We are therefore unable to cancel or amend orders once production has begun. However, you can contact us with your order number and we'll do our best to help if your order has not yet been sent to production.
